We want you to feel confident about your purchase! To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend reviewing our products before placing your order.

However, if something isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges for unworn/unopened items within 3 days after receipt.
 

Please Note:

This policy excludes damaged items, which can be returned/exchanged following our returns process at the bottom of the page.

✧ VIDEO PROOF
For Your Peace of Mind:

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we may occasionally request a short video of you opening your package. This quick video, starting from the unopened package and continuing until you reveal the product, helps us resolve any concerns about missing or damaged items swiftly.
 

Here's Why:

Having this video allows us to work directly with the courier company if there are any issues. It also helps us improve our packaging and handling processes to ensure your future deliveries arrive perfectly!

 

✧ DAMAGED / MISSING ORDERS

While rare, sometimes a package might arrive damaged or with errors. No worries! The Petit Gold team is here to help.

Return/Exchange Process:

Just send us a quick email at petitgoldph@gmail.com explaining the issue. If your precious piece arrived a bit damaged, photos & videos would be helpful for us to assist you swiftly.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

  • Failure to receive the item due to insufficient communication with the courier

  • Self-inflicted damage to the product

  • Refunds will not be granted for change of mind. Our products are custom-made and therefore cannot be resold after purchase.

 

We'll review your request and get you a sparkling replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. After all, your happiness is our top priority!
